Independent marketing service

Property Search is an independent agent website. It is not a developer’s official website. Xenia Property Management & Services operates the marketing and enquiry channel under IQI Realty Sdn Bhd (E (1) 1584).

Information and availability

Project descriptions, tenure, measurements, layouts, images, distances, facilities, prices, packages and availability may change. Confirm material particulars against current developer-issued materials, approved plans and the sale documents relevant to the specific unit. Website information does not form part of a sale and purchase agreement or guarantee financing, completion, returns or availability.

Illustrations and project materials

Architectural renderings, floor plans, maps, furniture and landscaping are illustrative and may differ from final conditions. Project names and third-party images remain the property of their respective rights holders. This website does not grant permission to copy or redistribute those materials.

Enquiries and payments

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a unit, guarantee an appointment or create a contract. No booking fees, deposits or payments are accepted through this website. Any purchase or payment instructions should be independently confirmed with the relevant parties and official sales documentation.

External services

WhatsApp, Google Maps, developer websites and virtual-tour providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability and operation are outside our control.
