This notice explains how property-search.my and its project pages handle enquiries and personal information.

Information you choose to provide

Our enquiry forms ask for your name, telephone or WhatsApp number and the project or information you are interested in. Please provide only the details needed for your enquiry. The public form is not intended for identity documents, bank statements, payment card details or loan applications.

How the WhatsApp form works

The form prepares a message on your device and opens WhatsApp for you to review. Form fields are not sent to a website lead database. If you choose to send the message, our receiving representative receives your details through WhatsApp. Your message is processed by WhatsApp/Meta under its own terms and privacy practices.

Why we use your information

We use information you send to respond to your property enquiry, supply requested materials, check project information and help arrange viewings. A one-off enquiry is not treated as permission for unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop follow-up through WhatsApp.

Sharing and service providers

Where needed to handle your specific request, information may be shared with IQI Realty Sdn Bhd or a relevant developer sales team, with the notice or consent required by applicable law. A request for financing assistance may involve a financing professional only when you request that assistance and the appropriate notice or consent is obtained. We do not sell enquiry details.

Third-party content and technical data

The hosting service may process technical request logs, including IP addresses, for operation and security. Some pages retrieve fonts from Google Fonts, show a Google Maps embed or display a virtual tour from 360vr.my. Loading those services may disclose technical information to their providers, which may also use cookies or similar technologies. External links and WhatsApp are subject to the providers’ own privacy practices.

Analytics and advertising

This website package does not include Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking or remarketing tags. If the live website later uses analytics, advertising tags or other data collection services, this notice and any necessary consent arrangements must reflect the live configuration.

Retention and security

We may retain enquiry conversations and related records for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, manage agreed follow-up or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Access should be limited to the people handling the enquiry. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests and choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or an end to follow-up, subject to applicable Malaysian law. Send your request through the business WhatsApp contact shown above. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to assist with your enquiry.

International services and updates

Third-party service providers may process information outside Malaysia. We may update this notice when our website or processing practices change.
